Free Condenser Coil Cleans
Dirty coils reduce efficiency and cause your system to work harder, causing parts to wear out faster and shorten the life expectancy. Tests performed by the EPA explain that as little as one tenth of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil can reduce efficiency by 21%.

5 Year Parts Warranty While On The Program
You save money by not replacing the same parts every year. Normal parts warranties are one year; we have extended it to five years to separate us from everyone else and save you money. Parts are under warranty as long as you keep the maintenance program. Excludes: compressor, coils, refrigerant, reversing valves and air purifiers.
