I was extremely pleased with how quickly Rescue One Air was out to help address our needs. They were at our house just about an hour after we called and were able to arrange for the team to come the very next day to replace our ac unit. Our blower motor went bad (on a unit that was less than 2 years old, go figure!) so we called Rescue One and they came out pretty quickly. Since it’s still a new unit, they were able to work with the manufacturer to help us get the parts covered under the warranty. I was amazed at how quick the turnaround was. We signed up for Rescue One’s maintenance program as well, which speaks volumes of the quality of service we received from Rescue One 😊

I highly recommend Rescue One Air. I have been using this company for 4 years. They come on time, are efficient, are not in a rush, pricing seems reasonable, and have done little extras. When there is an issue, they really work hard to get to the root of the issue and do a good job explaining what it is. Other companies try to upsell, but I haven’t experienced that with Rescue One.
